Literacy : Dr.Swyamprabhadevi Mohite-Patil began her social work in 1990. She sensed the need to educate the masses and eradicate illiteracy from Akluj and surrounding area of Solapur district. With this aim, she started Adult Education awareness campaigns and encouraged people to join the classes. She arranged many Street plays to spread awareness and eradicate superstitions from the society. As an advocate of women empowerment, she encouraged women to come forward and start various ventures and become self-reliant. She organized different programmes to inspire women to show their talents.
Cultural : In her tenure as a president of women division of Pratap Krida Mandal, she started many new undertakings like Sanskar Classes, speech and elocution competitions, drama and dance classes for women and children. She organized various dramas, one act play and singing competitions to boost awareness about art forms in the society. Dr.Swyamprabhadevi Mohite-Patil has always encouraged art, sports, cultural events and has invited many acclaimed singers like Rajan Sajan Mishra, Ajit Kadkade, Arun Date, Hema Malini for their performances. She herself performed singing programmes for orphans and old people. She encourages budding writers and poets and have organized many events for them. She has organized lectures of famous writers and poets like Mr. Mirasdar, Shanta Shelke to spread awareness about the literature and art. She has been helping upcoming writers and have published their work. She has also arranged dance and bhavgeet competitions for blind and mukbadhir childern.
Sports : During her tenure, various state and national level sports competitions and events were organized marathon where more than 500 girls and women from Maharashtra participated which is a milestone in her tenure.
Health : Swyamprabhadevi Udaysinh Mohite-Patil has been organizing free health check-up camps in the draught prone areas of Solapur and Pune district from the last 30 years. Free cataract and squint surgeries for economically poor section have been done in these camps. Also, she distributed free cycles, spectacles, walkers to physically challenged people.
Uplift of Women : With the view to make downtrodden women self-reliant and to provide household items and groceries with fair prices to rural population, Shivshankar Co-operative Bazar was established in the year 1995. Many women employees are working in the bazar. Under her guidence 9 Branches of Shivshankar Bazar are operating in different rural parts of Solapur district. Swyamprabhadevi Udaysinh Mohite-Patil has started Society for small-scale business for women. Hundreds of women have been trained in various small-scale businesses since its inception. Their products are being sold in various shops, thus ensuring market place to their products. She also organized Maha Expo and through Standard Living helped people to start their business endeavor.
Tribal : Swyamprabhadevi Udaysinh Mohite-Patil has been helping tribal and needy people by providing household things.
Education : In the educational sector, Swyamprabhadevi Mohite-Patil has started many new projects like Smart Study and Abacus learning and ensured to deliver quality education to students.
Environment : She has been spreading awareness among people to protect environment. Plastic recycling drive, global warming information and awareness, river, streams cleaning drive are some of the projects which she has successfully implemented. Development of nakshatra baug and botanical garden at Shri Kshetra Anandi Ganesh temple area. She has also planting thousands of trees on both sides of road. She has also organized self-defence workshops for girls and cancer awareness campaigns.
Spiritual: Swyamprabhadevi Mohite-Patil has arranged different sanskar shibirs for children and youth to prepare themselves to face life quite playfully. So she arranged different kinds of religious programmes form time to time and invited so called well known people from religious fields in order to guide and help youth. She has invited shri Shankar Abhyankar, Mirama , Maheshanand Maharaj , Nithurkar Shastri – Hydrabad , Sharad Joshi , Babamaharaj Satarkar , Indurikar Maharaj , V N Utapat and so many. She has also distributed spectacles and food to the warkaries in Tukaram Maharaj and Dnyaneshwar Maharaj Palkhi.

32 years of contribution in the social, spiritual, educational and cultural areas, Dr. Swyamprabhadevi Mohite-Patil has made her mark through empowering different Kstrata of the Society.

Impact/outcome/contribution of work done

Dr. Swyamprabhadevi Mohite-Patil has done a tremendous work in the field of sports, uplift of women, small scale industries, health, education, religion, environment, nationalism, unemployment and so many fields. Therefore the outcome of it is as follow

On national and international level many of the sportsmen have given from Akluj and rural area.
Many of the Educational unemployed got jobs or created their own Business in order to get their own brade and butter. It helped to increase their standard of living.
Many of the women started their own small scale industries and getting benefits through which helped to improve their social status in the Society.
It helped to create cultured generation and leading quite smooth and happy life in the Society.
It also helped to increase nationalism, health,environment among the new generation.
It also helped to create sportsmen, artists and actors from this rural area.

Dr. Swyamprabhadevi has expanded spiritual work through Shri Kshetra Anandi Ganesh Trust, various projects run under the trust. Free reading halls, Bhakt Niwas, Cow Shelters, Free singing school and competitive examination centres aresome significant undertakings under this trust. Besides Ganesh Temple and Shiva Temple, botanical garden has a spectacular view here. She has helped to build an old age homes and homes for Aids affected children in Solapur district.She has also organized free competitive exam center for rural area srudents.

Dr.Swyamprabha Mohite is the one who contributed into anti-alcohol awareness in the society.

She even contributed into campaigning and creating awareness and importance of organ donation. Where 5000 eye donation Permission letters were collected and even a contribution by financial support by the family.
